1月14-15日，由上海希為（ECV International）舉辦的2019中國(guó)制造業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型國(guó)際峰會(huì)即將在上海盛大舉行。
“數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型”是指對(duì)對(duì)公司的組織和業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行徹底改革，使企業(yè)能夠利用新興技術(shù)讓業(yè)務(wù)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)。據(jù)調(diào)查，到2020年全球數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型相關(guān)的行業(yè)增加值將達(dá)到10萬(wàn)億美元，全球1000強(qiáng)企業(yè)中的67%、中國(guó)1000強(qiáng)企業(yè)中的50%都會(huì)把數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型作為企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略核心。盡管目前很多企業(yè)都在部署云計(jì)算、大數(shù)據(jù)分析、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)及移動(dòng)辦公等解決方案，但更多企業(yè)仍處于數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的探索時(shí)期，企業(yè)數(shù)字化進(jìn)程仍受阻于IT實(shí)施的不足，鮮少企業(yè)有一個(gè)完整的數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型藍(lán)圖。面對(duì)如何數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型，企業(yè)用戶需要重新思考企業(yè)文化、戰(zhàn)略、經(jīng)營(yíng)流程以及其他方方面面的問(wèn)題，甚至包括與伙伴的合作。

Organized by ECV International, China Manufacturing Digital Transformation Summit 2019 will be held on the 14-15th January in Shanghai China.
“Digital Transformation” refers to a thorough reform of corporate organization and business process, which enables enterprises to achieve sustainable growth in business with emerging technologies. It is investigated that the increment value of industries related to digital transformation in the world will reach 10 trillion dollars by 2020, among which 67% of the world’s top 1000 enterprises and 50% of the China’s top 1000 enterprises will take digital transformation as their strategic core. Although many enterprises are deploying solutions such as cloud computing, big-data analytics, internet of things and mobile office, more enterprises are in the exploration period of digital transformation. Digital transformation process of enterprises is still hindered by the insufficiency in IT implementation, and few enterprises have a complete blueprint for digital transformation. Facing the problems of how to achieve digital transformation, enterprise need to reconsider issues in enterprise culture, strategy, operation process and other aspects, even including cooperation with their partners.
