摘 要:本文針對(duì)當(dāng)前球磨機(jī)調(diào)速方案的現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)與異步交流變頻系統(tǒng)的對(duì)比,在滿足球磨機(jī)負(fù)載要求和動(dòng)態(tài)特性的同時(shí),提出永磁同步電機(jī)直驅(qū)方案,采用無(wú)速度傳感器矢量控制方法,并成功應(yīng)用于球磨機(jī)電控系統(tǒng)中,并實(shí)現(xiàn)最優(yōu)的節(jié)能率。
