摘 要:基于供水系統(tǒng)SCADA數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建水廠變流變壓曲線(xiàn)模型,曲線(xiàn)任意點(diǎn)的出廠壓力隨出廠流量的變化而調(diào)節(jié)并推斷末端壓力恒定,桂城水廠應(yīng)用高壓變頻器控制泵群沿此曲線(xiàn)運(yùn)行調(diào)節(jié)流量與壓力,滿(mǎn)足用戶(hù)需求且沒(méi)有多余揚(yáng)程,千噸水電耗降低了7.62~10%,管網(wǎng)末端服務(wù)壓力精度±0.002MPa。
