摘    要：本文基于PVC薄膜收卷機生產(chǎn)的工藝要求，介紹了收卷機的結(jié)構(gòu)、自動化平臺選型、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計和參數(shù)設(shè)置，重點闡述了英威騰變頻器在PVC薄膜收卷機上的應(yīng)用，通過實際運行，英威騰變頻器在PVC薄膜收卷機的改造中，整機運行平穩(wěn)，張力控制良好，達到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計指標(biāo)與運行效果。 關(guān)鍵詞：PVC膠帶；張力控制專用變頻器；中心卷取；卷徑計算 Abstract: Based on the technical requirements of PVC film winder, this paper introduces the structure of the winder, the selection of automation platform, the[登陸后可查看全文]
